I DO NOT recommend Patio Enclosures. They made the wrong windows twice because they didnt follow the contract. The project was delayed and I got no response from the sales *** or the Project Manager when I sent an email outlining the multiple issues which included delays, mistakes in manufacturing and billing. Their mistakes caused delays past what in the contract. However, they were expensive and very prompt in billing.
We are at over 18 months post contract and Great Day has still not broken ground on my patio project. There were definitely delays for meeting city code but I did all the other work and preparation for meeting code over 8 months ago and I am still waiting for Great Day to set a date and break ground. Consumers need to be protected with the time value of money being taken into account.
Run as fast as you can away from this company. They sub out the job to local contractors and mark everything up. You will NOT receive a fair rate on the project. They give you an option to finance without checking your credit score at a stupid rate of like 9%. They make up numbers push people in making deals with arbitration clauses. Overall, what a disappointment!The good: The salesman was excellent, easy to work with and I don't feel we were pressured in any way. He did spend a lot of time with us and I though explained things well. The finished product is fine too, we do like it and it's a nice upgrade.The bad: Where to begin? Not reliable, delay after delay with idiotic excuses, untruthful promises. Do not do business with this maze of numerous companies find a good local independent contractor. It's been 6 months for 3 windows and 2 storm doors. Still not done and just $24,000 later, not worth the time or money
Big problem. Sunroom has been great, except the door out to the porch. It needs an adjustment as it doesnt latch and is very hard to open. It should not be a big operation for them. The problem is that all my attempts to contact them have been completely ignored, even to the point where the only time Ive been able to talk to someone in customer service, in the middle of my calm explanation, I was hung up on.Evidently, they dont stand behind their work!
We had Patio Enclosures replace our screened lanai. This was a total of $15,000. When the work was completed, there were issues that had not been taken care of. Quality issues. Downspout will not work because the hole is not cut in the gutters. Things were not provided as a part of the room as per the agreement. Spoke with *** at Home Show asking if they installed windows on a manufactured home, *** said they do not. However, before I could get 10 steps away another *** stated they do work on manufactured home. Took my information setting an appt, with a promise of Buy 2 -2 free and 40% discount ********** came for appt. received call to confirm 11am when it was set for 12. Is there a zero star review? We have been in limbo with this company since the beginning of this year. We contracted them in April of this year and they said our CAD drawings would be done in 2 weeks. No calls and several weeks later an we had left numerous messages and was unable to get anyone to call us back. In fact, their number often goes in a loop where you can hit any option and it just frustratingly goes back to the beginning.
