Garrett arrived to do a routine check up on our unit. He was on time, pleasant, knowledgeable and informative. We had Garrett out to do an inspection on our units as it hadn’t been done since we moved in 2 years ago. He was early (they asked if they could come early if they were running ahead of schedule), courteous, professional and thorough. He walked me through recommended maintenance and let me know about their maintenance program. We will definitely be calling them the next time we need service/repair! Between the Sales Team and the Production Team, Customer Service Service is alive and well at Patrick Riley!! Rick the Sales Rep who came out to the house did an in-depth inspection of our 16-year old air conditioner. Inside and out Rick looked at equipment with a fine tooth-comb. Garret was extremely professional. We had a complicated install of a secondary device onto our air conditioner. He did a complete and thorough job to be sure all areas of the equipment was operating at peak performance.

Matt * is fantastic! In addition to being early for our appointment, he was very professional, courteous and friendly. He took his time explaining issues re: my system and helped me figure out the best option to solve the problems. If the rest of the company is as great as Matt, I definitely recommend.

Matt * was very professional. He checked our system, and assured us there was not a thing wrong with it at this time. He even put the booties on when he didn't need to. He was informative about the programs to purchase to continue great service for our unit.He did not try to sell us anything we did not need as this has happened to us from other companies.

Steve * was my AC technician. He thoroughly investigated my AC system before telling me the best way to solve my issues. He explained what he was doing and why. He told me what I needed and that he would see that it got done. He gave me excellent advice about what I could do myself to balance my heating/cooling air flow. He did not try to sell me things I did not need. Very refreshing.
