Patrick was great to work with! I originally went with another lender that did not even start my loan - and quickly switched to work with Patrick hoping we would make the same closing date. He closed my loan in record time. I should have used him in the first place. He got me in the best situation for me - lowest interest rate, etc. Would highly recommend to anyone! Very clear lines of communication.
