I would recommend these to anyone. They go above and beyond the norm. It is nice to see someone reset the bar.
Best customer service!!! They are farther then another dealership thats closest to me. But worth the drive since the other dealership that was closest turned me away when I had an appointment with them for weeks. Patriot has earned my respect and a customer for life!
Started off with a bad start at this dealership, but thanks to April and her aggressiveness, we have everything straight and should be smooth sailing now.
Celeste greeted me right off. Got me checked in. Had a short wait. She updated me 1/2 way thru so I had an idea of how much longer it would be. Once finished she walked me to my Jeep and thanked me. For a Lady who almost got a ticket that morning. She was outstanding /professional / personal. I'll be back.

Initially, they weren't ready for our scheduled visit. Came back a few days later and service experience was much better.
