The service dept staff was very good and professional. My car was fixed and runs great.
I had a great experience while getting my car serviced at the Patriot service department. The service advisor Lee gould, was high professional, he is very well knowledgeable and trustworthy with maintaining my Chrysler 300. I felt the kindness and friendliness from everybody. Service dept guys were professional and nice.
They did find a suitable replacement for my SUV that was in my price range. They had, and did not service the vehicle and I bought it in as is condition. So far, I believe I got a fair price for this fixer upper. They seem to be very unorganized with a lot of people involved in the time consuming purchasing process. I did get someone from the service department to confirm two free oil changes in the first year of ownership.
My experience is always great wh i bring my car in!!! Russell take great care of my car Appreciate it Russell.
Car was towed in and Lee called to let me know what the issue was and informed me about checking for the part here in town or if it needed to be ordered. Checked my warranty as well to see what was covered. Part was here in town, fixed the issue and called me for picked up next day.
