We have just closed on our 4th loan with Pattie. There were some underwriter difficulties and Covid problems with this loan since we are independent entrepreneurs. We are absolutely positive that no one but Pattie could have done this loan as efficiently and quickly. If you have a tough loan, use Pattie and OVM and if you have an easy loan, use her as well. 😀. Pattie and Beth made for great partners in our recent purchase. They communicated well and helped us navigate our settlement. When documents were required they assisted in making sure everything was complete. We had some last minute hurdles to overcome to hit the closing date, but they pulled it off.
