Unfavorable first impression This was my first visit at the office. Following the instructions given, I arrived at the office 15 minutes early in order to complete new patient paperwork. My arrival time was 1:30 for my 1:45 appointment. The office was open but the first person to show up, the receptionist, arrived at 1:55. I was taken to an examination room at 2:10. High End Practice Dr. Kazmer's office is beautiful. But one can help but wonder if the cost of services might be a bit lower if the office wasn't so high end looking. Let's face it, no one wants to go to a periodontist...we go because we need to. Does the office really need a fireplace, beautiful woodwork everywhere, granite, glass, bronze fixtures, etc... Highly recommend Dr. Kazmer Dr. Kazmer and his staff are extremely professional and compassionate caregivers. I had gum surgery and I am still impressed with my follow up treatments and how they continue to teach me the care I need to be doing in between visits. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. Makes going to the Dr. fun! I would highly recommend Dr. Kazmer
