Everyone was very friendly, informative. However, what would made it better is not having the amount of your cash that you are suppose to bring to the table continue to raise up to the time you are walking into the attorney's office. The issue was being resolved behind the scenes while signing at the closing. Going in with everything taken care of would have been alot better and not nerve racking. I would recommend Primary Residence to a friend.

The whole staff was pleasant and the service was very professional. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner and kept me updated from the time I sumitted my application up until the day of my closings. Although the Mortage process can be difficult and in our case it was extremely difficult. Paul and his team worked hrs behind the scenes to make it happen for my Husband and I.
