They are very patient with you and answer all the questions you have and if they can't then they will refer you or try to find a different way to help and answer your questions. Paul and his team were excellent. They kept within the timeline the sleet requested with an expedited due diligence and closing. The online portal made it super simple to sign documents to keep the process moving. Updates that hit our emails with outreach phone calls requesting additional document needed by the underwriters. All of the paperwork was ready with the attorney and our Closing only took 30 minutes to complete with zero stress. Awesome crew!
