I received an overwhelming amount of emails throughout the process. With some of the documents you requested it was unclear exactly what you needed. I wish it would’ve been communicated more clearly from the beginning exactly what was required from us so we weren’t spinning our wheels constantly trying to get the proper documentation to you. Almost all of our physical files are in storage and not trendily available to us, so it made it quite stressful trying to get respond to you quickly.
