The service was excellent from the initial video call to the closing!! Makayla was always diligent in providing answers to any questions we had. Amy and Kim are a great team that can get the job done and prepare you for final closing. Courtney was fantastic and quick at responding to all of my questions (I am a first time home buyer so I had a LOT) She was very friendly, knowledgable, and attentive. When I was shopping for mortgage companies Paul called me and was also very transparent about the process and eased any worry I had. Nothing was delayed on our end of the process and everything in the online portal was easy to access and easy to understand.
