Overall my experience was a positive one. Dash did some things very well. Dash pulled off a miracle getting us preapproved for a home loan over a weekend when we had found a house we wanted to put an offer in for. This was amazing, really next level service. The interest rate and terms were also very good. However, we did have some issues with our Mortgage Coach. While Logan was polite and professional often times he would be unprepared for phone conversations requested for specific subjects

The entire team at Dash Home Loans was great from the time I first contacted them for my pre-approval. As someone who travels constantly for work, a first time home buyer and using the VA loan, I greatly appreciated their customer service. As you can imagine, I had endless questions and they made the entire process seamless. I will be using them for my next home and highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home.
