We never received a formal loan approval. We kept being told that underwriting was backed up. As many times as we asked, we had no approval. We found out the loan was approved two days before closing. I have bought many homes and have never experienced not receiving a loan approval thirty days prior to closing. it made the process very stressful.
They provided excellent service. The process was very smooth and easy.
