No one seemed to know what was going on. Should have requested all needed documents at the same time instead of asking at random times. I called many times to check progress of loan and I don’t believe our loan was even looked at until 62 hours before closing. Therefore since I was flying in from Missouri it made it very difficult to buy a ticket and make travel arrangements. Also, I did not even get loan approval until I was on the plane coming to Phoenix! At every turn, it seemed there was no accountability.
Paul did not have any communication skill. He did not keep me inform at all. I was the one how have to reach out every time to verify if everything look good in the portal, call him several time and he did not call me back or email me back, he only time he responded was when I cc my realtor and agent from the builder. We never received a formal loan approval. We kept being told that underwriting was backed up. As many times as we asked, we had no approval. We found out the loan was approved two days before closing. I have bought many homes and have never experienced not receiving a loan approval thirty days prior to closing. it made the process very stressful.
They provided excellent service. The process was very smooth and easy.
