The title company you teamed up with for my loan was not detail oriented and got a few things wrong with the final paperwork that needed to be signed in front of the notary. I was not impressed.
Paulette was great. I was scheduled for surgery around the time my loan was ready to close. She understood my situation and gave me the time I needed to recover before scheduling our closing.
Paulette went above and beyond throughout the process with quick responses and answers to all our questions, even after the closing documents were signed and helped answer questions about the checks from old Republic. It was a great experience.
