I love Pennymac, but the refinance people haven't a clue. Too many hands in the pot and no one knows what the other person is doing. Don't ask to speak to a supervisor, because they send someone else to handle the situation. It was a hot mess and still wasn't right when it came to signing, but after 2 attempts to get it right We signed and was told our next payment would be in July. Five days later payment withdrawn from my account to the old account and the new one was not even funded yet.
The service I received was clear and concise. Paulette and the representatives I work with answered all my questions promptly and the process was quick. The service was outstanding.
No comment. The loan process was fine the loan signing was disappointing.

Paulette was very helpful when I could get her. But, one problem with the system is that when I called her back the person who answered refused (a couple of times) to get me to her directly. I didn't think I needed to start all over with the new person since Paulette would always know what I was talking about. She corrected a couple of mistakes that were made originally in a timely manner. To summarize, when I was able to talk or email directly with Paulette, all was done professionally.
