I’ve went to Pawsh for years now and I know a lot of changes have been made because of the covid. But it took over a month to try and get a phone call back to get an appt and today I was charged an extra $15 because my 14 year old yorkie was unruly ???? He has been groomed his whole life and has never had a bad report. I was told he had to be held down. And she let me know that he and his sister was fighting and had to be separated? I have 4 yorkies. I have always taking them to be groomed. I recently got my fourth yorkie. She is 4 months old. I was referred by a friend to try Pawsh. Yes with a puppy coat being matted and it being her first groom I expected a shorter coat then I'd typically prefer but she is all but skinned. I can see her skin. She was left with VERY little hair anywhere!!! I am so upset and heartbroken. I have never had any off my yorkies fur cut this short. Highly upset.
Canceled my appointment and gave it to someone else right when they first opened up.When I tried to reschedule her,they told me they were not taking any more clients.That was very,very wrong!!!!! Shaggy Dog does an awesome job.Been taking my Sable there ever since.
