I’ve been a loyal customer for several years. The prices have gone up SIGNIFICANTLY and they charge extra for everything.
This place has went down hill over the years. Poor customer service, 4 hour wait times, they never answer the phones, and overpriced! 👎🏻
Pasha Pet Salon lost my 5 years of business today after finally having enough of the poor customer service, extended wait times, not answering phones and most importantly outrageous cost increase. Over the past 8 months the wait times have went from an hour and a half to 4 hours due to them being short bathers/assistants, they never answer the phone, their attitudes are very poor, and prices have went up gradually from $55 to todays price of $79. Absolutely no! I was recommended this salon by not one but two of their clients. I took my fur baby in, advised how I wanted her cut. Was told appointments are 3-4 hours. Ok! Came home and 4.5 hours went by so I decided to call. They stated my fur baby was basically not cooperating and had nipped at the groomer. Let me say my fur baby is 5 years old and has been to two previous groomers with zero issues. Pawsh stated they were going to attempt to groom her again and then call me when completed. Casey, we apologize for not being able to finish Sage after numerous attempts to calm her down to try to finish the groom. Unfortunately when a dog is thrashing around to the point where they could be injured we have to stop the groom. Just to clarify, your dog didn't nip at me, she bit me. We also showed you a recording of how she was acting for the groom, which we still have. Recommending that a vet asses your pet and decide if it should be medicated for the groom is our last resort option and after again, many attempts to... read more
