We were promised a top-notch, professional experience if we switched to Paychex a few years ago. It has been excruciating. We have been bounced around to different specialists, with errors on many payroll journals, staffing or pay changes, etc... We had a good run with one specialist for about 2 years. I cannot give this company even one star, they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. The biggest mistake I have made since running my own businesses for last 10 yrs was calling them in, I was with them for only 4 or 5 months and the messed up so many many things and now that tax season is here I have so many issues that are wrong with my employees W-2's Bc of them, I am having trouble sleeping. Don't do this to urself. They will promise u the world and how they will make ur like easier Not True !!!!! I
