Arrived broken. I ordered the cartridge so that I wouldn't have to mess with threading the ribbon rolls onto the old cartridge, but the new cartridge arrived broken. The white plastic part at the end of the roller was cracked clean through and it fell apart as I opened the box (box was in perfect condition so the cartridge had to have been packed broken). I investgated my out coming was if it would have been what it was supose to be it would of had more than 4 copys on it. Anew roll i would have been abile to get 150 copys.
