poor this ribbon does not last long at all and we have to purchase one a week for this department. I don't recommend this product.

Nothing like the real thing The real thing works flawlessly. Ive had problems with knockoffs stickng to the paper and jamming up. This one does not.
The toner is fine, but the fax machine itself is stupid. You know how I expected this to work? The ink would advance whenever there is something to be printed. You know it actually advances? One page at a time, regardless of what's on the page. It's glorified carbon paper. Seriously. Mind you, we rarely fax anything, so the same cartridge is still going strong almost a year after buying the thing. So big deal if the fax machine is horrifically inefficient. Spending less than $20 a year on fax ink is fine by us.
another stupid review this goes in a printer the printer will not work with out the cartridge so it is great get one
Brother quality at better price Great value and still get Brother print cartridge. Still not thrilled that the ink ribbon only goes through once and is not rewindable. Alot of waste.
Risque Works as it is supposed to. It is just a simple cartridge. Consistant for the money and arrives in timely manner. An oldie but goodie.
No Customer Service I received the wrong product for my fax machine. I tried several times to get a RMA number, which is what you need to send it back. They just ignored me. Make sure you get the right product, if not you may be out of luck.
advertisement The product advertisement on the web is unclear. It caused me thought that I was purchasing BRother original Manufactures ribbon. I hope Amazon will create a strict rule so that the seller can't misrepresente the selling product. This is the 2nd time I have the similar problem of confusing between genuin OEM product and compartible. I don't want to change to ebay as I like amazon alot. However, the 3rd time will create a disappointment in me. Hope it will not happen again.
