Clean We had an upstairs room. Site needs to alert bookings for downstairs only or upstairs. Clean, easy to find.

Will return again! I stopped in early to see if parking would accommodate my big truck. The Guest Services representative Sharon let me check in a little early because my room was ready. Everything has been wonderful and she was very kind and helpful.

Charming Country Inn Everything was beautiful except the weather! A charming little Inn with a historical feel. The room was big and the bed was great. Everything was modernized and beautiful. The cat approved our stay, which is a requirement.
Great deal in Fredericksburg Top notch location right near all the good eats and shopping in downtown Fredericksburg, Loved the free bottle of wine and waters with the room
