Great stay in Fredericksburg Bathroom had a small area of baseboard that was starting to rot. Notified desk Bed was comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the little extra touches. Wine, coffee pot with coffee in the room that made several cups. Pie at the desk in the evening. Would book again

Excellent place to rest and relax! If they could put room darkening shades on the front windows to keep the security lights from lighting the room up all night, it would be perfect. This little gem is owned by a family of German immigrants. The cottages are very well maintained, clean, and have a wonderful feeling of coming home when you walk in the door.
