good experience. good location. very friendly and helpful staff. breakfast ok. heating system was a little spotty- bathroom was chilly size of room was very good. private patio.
Nice people. :-) Some noise at adjacent storage unit facility in middle of the night. Wonderful, helpful, friendly people on staff, and in the town in general.

Exceptional The upstairs neighbors who fought loudly til 1 am. Not the hotels fault, but it was the only damper on our stay. Loved the smallness of the motel. Very cute and had it been warm, walkable to Main Street. Would definitely stay again.
Great location but safety issues There were no lights in the parking area and my husband & I both tripped over the uneven sidewalks. (Luckily we were not hurt.) Carpeting in the suite was literally coming apart at the seams. (Another safety hazard.) There was no dishwasher and when I looked under the sink, I noticed the dish drainer was stored right next to the trash can. Whereas, the suite looked very clean, I questioned the cleanliness of the dishes if they were allowed to drain in that dish drainer. I did not use it. The ... read more
Exceptional That we had to leave. Staff were very courteous. Facility has been nicely updated and maintained.
Fredicksburg There was a sweet cat on property but kept us awake most of the night wanting in and out. The heater was also noisy. The Inn was a flash to the past and is walking g distance to downtown. very sweet spot
The Peach Tree Inn, a "peachy" place! "0" Friendliness of the staff. They were knowledgeable about local attractions and very helpful with instructions. They seemed ready to help with any problems that we had, but we had none! The complementary gifts were a nice surprise. The rooms were clean and comfortable. This being Texas we neededed to use the heating and air conditioning on the same day. Both worked great!
