We stayed in a suite on the back of the property. There was a BBQ pit, picnic table, & chairs on the small patio. Many deer observed early morning & evening. Perfect for relaxing!

The room was in a small house and the guest laundry was just next door. It was great because we were on a motorcycle and it was so convenient. The location was great and it was very comfortable. The only very small issue was that we could have used a bigger bar of soap or a second bar It barely made it through our showers and we didn’t have anything to wash our hands.it is just a minor thing but it was over 100 degrees and looking forward to a good shower. It was unique. Different rhan a hotel. Nice area. Convenient to everything we had planned to do in Fredricksburg.
Very close to Main Street but not priced like Main Street. Older property but referbished nicely . Comfortable bed, AC & ceiling fans great, shower wonderful. Fulfilled our needs for quick weekend trip. Would recommend……
