The rooms are fantastic, and are right by a lot of wineries within walking distance! Service is welcoming and straight to the point! Loved it!

This is a nice motel. All the necessities are there, it’s clean and it’s a short walk to Main Street, with a sidewalk all the way. The breakfast is basic with no seating area but it’s quite OK. The staff were pleasant and efficient.

We love this property! It’s quiet and friendly and seeing deer on the property is a bonus. We’ve stayed here 3 times already in the last 2 years. We will be back soon!

We had a party at the Blue House and there was a lot of rooms for everyone in my family. The house is just blocks away from Main Street which allowed guest to shop without having to drive. The workers at the facility were very helpful and cordial. We stay at the Peach Tree when in Fredericksburg and will continue.
