Basic and clean, but hard on people with animal allergies Two things I didn't enjoy. Our room smelled somewhat like sewage or bathroom, and it was strong enough that we had to sleep with the windows open to air out the room. Also, there were A LOT of cats on property, inside the check in area and wandering around. I have slight allergies, so while it didn't kill me, puffy eyes and stopped up nose didn't really make for an enjoyable visit. Exceptional We were able to take advantage of the fire place with the weather. It was perfect! The house was clean and very pretty. The stay exceeded our expectations.
Really enjoyed our stay. Staff was great and it’s a quaint place to be in. Carpet in the rooms get outdated and was uncomfortable to walk on. The staff were wonderful and facility was well taken care of.

A wonderful find during a fast-paced trip. Ten nights in hotels and this was the best! We couldn’t stay longer Wonderfully quiet and comfortable.

We enjoyed the city and our stay was close to town. We saw several people walking to and from town. Nothing Set up like a small village
Very comfortable, quite, and short stay. The bed was a little hard for me but very nice.
Une vrai chambre d hotel dans un motel Dommage que la bouteille de vin offerte provienne d'Espagne et non de la région de Fredericksburg. Petit dejeuner excellent. Grande chambre faisant plutôt penser à un hotel qu'un motel.
