Exceptional This was our first trip to Fredericksburg and we found a gem of a motel. It was extremely clean, peaceful and a easy walk to town. We will stay here again when we visit the Fredericksburg area.
We have stayed here for many years while visiting the area and always enjoy our stay. The outdoor walkway security sensor light between our suite and the adjoining one was not operating. Our suite had a nice sitting area and a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was good, it included bakery made muffins and pastry.

Good Couldn't watch tv from bed
Perfect Nothing The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the antique furniture. They had a bottle of wine and 2 bottles of water plus a full can of coffee that we could make as we woke up the next morning. We stayed in Fredericksburg at a different place a couple years ago and knew we would never stay there again, so glad to know we now have a place we will always stay.

Exceptional Really needed a new mattress on the bed. The room was clean and stocked with any cooking utensils you would need.
