Enjoyable stay Breakfast was pretty basic large room and bed. Excellent location.
Our stay was very cozy and comfortable. The toilet was cramped and the shower in the claw-foot tub was uncomfortable...butit was an old house converted. It was very clean and accommodating. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool looked wonderful but I can't use a pool.
Wish I'd known about this place on previous visits. Nothing. This place was excellent. We could not believe the value for money. We had a room just off the main road but it was really quiet. Walked into town easily. The breakfast was wonderful. There was a welcome bottle of wine in the room! I can't sing the praises of this gem enough.

charming unique place. No complaints at all Cute property. Our room was like a little cottage. Room layout a little eccentric, but in a charming way. Would certainly stay here again. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it was clean as a whistle.

Exceptional!! Rebecca went above and beyond! It was my Husbands Birthday and she made sure that upon arrival he was surprised with balloons, salsa and wine!! Highly recommend Peach Tree!!
Comfortable small town location to explore all the interesting places nearby. Nice coffee and small breakfast. Quaint motel is 2 blocks from Main street shopping. Quiet, clean and well maintained. Lots of TV channels and free internet. Great place to enjoy the town and the surrounding wineries.
Short and sweet There were no curtains on any of the windows. The room did not cool down until late afternoon since the sun was coming thru. Although we were up early , if you plan on sleeping in you might want to bring something to cover your eyes because the Texas sun will wake you right up. It’s small and cozy, the location is very close to all the shops and restaurants. The owners were friendly and the property felt safe
