Awesome The mattress was not as comfortable as it might have been...just a bit lumpy! Incredibly clean! Complimentary bottled water and WINE in the room. Super friendly and helpful staff!

Nice place to stay if you like the simple life. Clean room and accomidating staff. Was not disappointed. Very few channels on TV and no land line in room. My cell phone had reception. Some might like more bells and whistles. Steep stairs to second floor would have been a problem if wife was with me. Did not eat there but at place within walking distance. A wonderful stay in Fredericksburg From the moment we arrived I knew we had picked the perfect place for us to stay. The staff were so kind, friendly and welcoming. Our cottage room was so sweet and we enjoyed the complimentary wine. The place was clean and the pool was great!Peach tree inn is in a perfect location to explore Fredericksburg by foot and car.

Clean room, close to downtown, good shower, but overpriced. Bed was not comfortable. Air unit did not cool bed area, bed was not comfortable, swimming pool is in need of repair, continental breakfast was not good. large flat screen tv with direct tv, netflix and Hulu
