I hate the dentist. I always have. I hate the scraping hook thingy that they scratch the shit out of my teeth with. I hate the Novocaine needle they jab me with because it invariably makes me lightheaded and nauseous. Dentists generally make me hate life. As others have stated, this practice is NOT the same. While the office refresh is nice, the staff and service is questionable. The hygienist working in my mouth had the sucker keep getting stuck in my cheek and I had to finally say something after the 3rd time was painful. Then every visit they recommend excessive work that doesn't need to be done- latest pressure is Invisalign. I miss the cheesy dentist office feel with old music or tv shows on the screen. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE! Everything has changed here since Dr. Rosenberg tragically passed away and Dr. Camp retired. It is now owned by a large corporation. The new dentist Dr. Iqbal and Olga the hygienist show very inconsistent service and lie about work that is needed. They teamed up on me with high pressure tactics, wanting me to sign papers while in a vulnerable position in the exam chair and tried to force me into doing work that is definitely not needed. Since Dr. Camp and Dr. Rosenberg aren't there this is a completely different practice. Smile Partners USA is now in charge and they use high pressure tactics for treatment you may not need. I also have concerns about what was billed to my insurance. After over 30 happy years with Dr. Camp, I have moved on. I don't recommend Peachtree Dunwoody Dental Group anymore!

You are only as strong as your weakest link and this front desk/office is a very weak link. Basically, they are rude and have no interest in fixing their mistakes. They accept/understand the issue was caused by them when they switched to a new 'system'. The issue isn't really in dispute. The issue is I've made multiple calls and received promises to follow-up, etc. but all these promises went undelivered. I have yet to receive a reply to my previous rating response. it seems strange that I can not get a response when there is a problem with the dental service but when an upcoming appointment is near I receive numerous texts, voicemails and even direct phone calls to make sure I will be at this appointment. I would not recommend this dental group to any current or future patient. Wow! Not GOOD! Lady answering phone has no clue of how to make an appointment . Had read reviews and they were 1.3 miles from my condo. The lady who answered the phone don't listen to what I said. I told her twice that I didn't have a dentist and I needed one. I didn't get Appointment. I'm still looking!!

I have been going to this dental office since i moved here in 2006. This dental group has somewhat nice staff but I didn't know what i was missing until i decided to try another dentist this year who has UP TO DATE TECHNOLOGY. Dr Rosenberg is a nice Dr. but when you are using OLD 1984 films and old x-rays from 1979, you will miss all types of issues in your patients mouth that newer equipment will pick up.
