-Office is old and smells like mold -Hygienist, Nadia hates her job -Metallic-tasting tools The office and the tools signifies that they do not update or maintain their place/tools. The office manager (Joan) is very rude and unprofessional. I had been a patient for over 25 years and had an issue with billing. She refused to let me speak with Dr. Rosenburg and explain my situation. In addition, when I asked to speak to someone else to pay my bill, she refused and said she was the only person I could deal with, then laughed when I said I refused to deal with her because she was so rude. I saw Dr. Rosenberg for over a year and really liked him and his hygenist, but had a terrible experience with his office staff that caused me to find dental care else where. They billed me for a service that the assured me would be free due to thier faulty installation. When I called to question the bill, the lady was so rude she brought me to tears. I never went back and found a wonderful dentist, Dr. Heather Bussey, who immediatly noticed this faulty dental repair and referred me directly to an orthodontist. I would not re... read more
