I've been a customer since 1985. Their maintenance program is the way to go. Preventive maintenance keeps larger repairs at a minimum. the staff is knowledgeable thorough professional. always on time and work flawless.
Quick to respond and equally quick to replace unit. Austin W. was very understanding in regard to what we needed and wanted. Installers were great. Very diligent in the extreme heat and cleaned up great afterwards. Service guy Jaime was fast to come out and isolate our problem and give us some choices.
Absolutely outstanding. So there I was, swimming in backed up toilet water and sewer trolls at 1AM and after calling my home warranty folks and about 6 other “24hr” and/or “emergency” plumbers, Mike and Peaden were the only ones who actually put up, showed up, and helped me wade the the (at times, literal) crap. Short-term problem was fixed in a matter of minutes with the long-term issue/root cause determined very quickly there after and I was left with immediately workable options to repair that root issue. After spending an entire day of attempting to get a technician out for repairs on our air conditioning system, Gary W. arrived bright and early the next morning. After advising him of the problems we were having, he knew immediately what it was and within an hour, we had our air conditioning working again. I was somewhat disappointed in Peaden the first day I called because apparently, the ball was dropped and no technician. But, thanks to Gary W., Peaden will be our company for air conditioning and plumbing!
