Absolutely despicable company. Here’s how their scam works. They refuse to provide you with their hourly rates or flat-rate job fees upfront. Instead, they require you to pay $85 for a service tech to come out and do an assessment. The ill-trained tech that came out missed the fact we already had an offset flange installed for the commode and recommended busting up the concrete slab to install an offset flange. Peaden sold me on a "Membership" that would give us discounts and priority (as we use them every few months to snake our pipes, due to some plumbing issues). Because of our loyalty to Peaden, along with our membership, we assumed we were getting preferential pricing and were not being jerked around. Courteous technician. We wanted faucet, water filter, disposal, and dishwasher connected. Technician referenced u-tube for installation of filter. Did not want to connect hard wired dishwasher because he was a plumber not an electrician although my wife was very specific on the work we required. Estimate was$1100. Would have been cheaper to buy new dishwasher and have HD install it. Obviously Peaden's business model focuses on $89.00 "diagnostic" fee.

6hr install yea ok try 12 hours and then having a brand new unit installed broken or just wrong. The manager I guess if you want to call it that named TJ is a lying condescending man saying the problem was resolved and leaving his men behind for another 3 hours. You are better off doing it yourself or any other company besides Peaden. If I could rate a zero I would.

Corey was a nice guy and worked hard. He called me after thirty minutes and said the price went from $89 to $150. Then when he finished , he told me it was $300. He was here for an hour and twenty minutes. The problem was simply a switch. It it was hard to find for sure. Ridiculously expensive, feel taken advantage off. He doubled the price for 30 minutes:(

A guy came out to our home and it was 89 degrees in my home and I have pets in July with must add ... the TECH told me and my wife that our only choice for air was to get a brand new AC and that was around 3500 or more and he left..... after charging me 89 bucks to come out ... the need Day another company came out and fixed our AC for dirt cheap and found the problem in seconds. Y'all are very shady and I want my money back
