I'm thankful for the office staff (*******, ****** and **) without them this place would crumble. The maintenance staff (***** and ***) are amazing as well. They go above and beyond on a daily basis for the residents. I'm lives here for close to 3 years and I couldn't be happier.

I recently moved here and I have been extremely pleased with my experience so far. The management team has been incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns I have had.The apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained. The layout is functional and the appliances are modern and in great condition. I also appreciate the attention to detail in the design and finishes of the unit. This was the worst apartments Ive ever been to. Lease renewal wasnt done on time I was blamed even though they never got to mine on time and they had add extra paper work and never told me I had to turn anything in until it was to late. For the next month they charge me month to month fees wasnt going to refund the money even if I signed for another year. ******** Charge Issue#With sleepless nights , and more than 10 times going to the office with no help.Wrote emails to corporate and left voice message. How come Rent increase from the 2nd to 3rd or 3rd to 4th.Met 2 peoples at the office complaining about the same scenario.I sent 2 emails explaining the full details and I have snap shots. I am requesting full billing audit for all the years I have been here.Thank you

Horrible staffing for apartment communities that are nkt attentive nor do they work with a sense of urgency. The phone number for TAM Residential customer service does not direct you to anoive person and actually does not direct you anywhere. It gives you an option to speak with the fromt desk but when you press the number it goes back to the main menu and when you press to leave a message it takes you back to the main menu. On the morning of April 7, 2025 I stopped to get information on an apartment. I noted the young man that I was looking for a two bedroom but would consider a two bedroom apartment. He indicated that he could show me a two bedroom and a one bedroom apartment and asked for my ID. This place scam me for the last of my money the leasing agent lied and said that they work with people with bad credit after I had advisor that I had bad credit. She stated that all they would need was an additional deposit so me believing that they work with people good credit I put down $500 of my deposit fee and she guaranteed me the apartment then the next day she gives me a call and tells me that was denied and that they were only gonna send me 250 of my deposit check then she started stating that they dont work with pe... read more
