One year here... After renewing our contract here because honestly, I was having a hard time finding a new place, it has been an "ok" experience. There are a few things that need touch ups and fixed here and there, which take a long time to get maintanence to fix them. We were also promised refrigerated air, then the day of move in we quickly noticed it had a swamp cooler. For the price of the rent, the quality of service lacks. I have had any issues from maintanence telling me to 'read the manual' when I needed help fixing ... read more

Our Space Our apartment complex is a great place to live, it offers 1, 2 or 3 rooms in varies sizes all which are spacious and nice.It's convenient location gives us a walking distance to many department stores as well as restaurants.The staff is always friendly, active and strives for excellence within the community, our needs are always very well met. Other features that give comfort is the maintenance of the large salt water pool and it's fenced child playground and pet park. I am very happy to call this place my home.
