************************ in ******* **, submitted an incorrect claim to my ***** Deposit, for a Final Water Bill. The Final Water bill was submitted and paid in full via TR Central ************* Yet, the complex is still trying to get that money even though it has been paid off. This company made an error in returning my security deposit refund putting my minor grandson's name on the check and then refusing to return my messages and taking their time about re issuing the payment. The acting manager has been repeatedly rude and disrespectful as well as condescending. She pretended over a week ago that she was going to get right on it and has not done so according to what she told me this morning. I have lived at the Estates of Bellaire in *******, ** for 7+ years and ever since the complex was sold and TAM Residentials LLC took over management of the property, the quality of living and feelings of safety have deteriorated. i live in northforest trails apartments ive been there a year and it has been h*** since i moved there starting off before i moved there i told them i needed a downstairs apartment they took forever to do my paper work i was basically living in motels and place to place for about a month so when they told me to pick up my key i was excited and when i got there but low and behold when i got there to pick up my key it was an upstairs apartment i took it under distress since then there never answer the phone when i call or have... read more

TAM has owned ********** almost 2 tears. At first, they did all the right things to upgrade the property appearance, inside and out.But in customer service was nonexistent, and downright rude. There are units that flood regularly, with repairs so slow that theres significant mold damage. Finally, it appears the company is in serious financial distress.

I have never had so many issues with an apartment complex, ******************************** in ********, **, I "DO NOT RECOMMEND" ************ does not even deserve a 1 Star Rating.Issues are as follows:-spelled my name incorrect and did not process my paperwork correctly -cannot reach anyone by phone, text or email -issued the incorrect key when moved in and door was unlocked when I went to inspect -roof needs to be replaced and maintenance came in unauthorized to paint over the water damage ceiling, but not replace the roo... read more
