It seems nice and quiet. It is a little run down, but space rent is reasonable.
I’ve lived here for 13 yrs. It’s a nice quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Management has always addressed all of my concerns and needs. I would recommend this place to anyone, for their next place to call home.

Too many want to be drug dealers and thugs over there and also the domestic violence activities are outrageous this one female resident sold my child some pills and he hasn't been the same since on pecan mill
I’ve been living here a lil over 4 years going on 5. I love how Ms. Brigette works with me when I’m going through hard times. She’s been working with me since I first moved over here in 2019. Ms. Missy is a nice lady as well but Ms. Brigette has been there for me since day 1!😁
