It seems nice and quiet. It is a little run down, but space rent is reasonable.
I’ve lived here for 13 yrs. It’s a nice quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Management has always addressed all of my concerns and needs. I would recommend this place to anyone, for their next place to call home.

I’ve been living here a lil over 4 years going on 5. I love how Ms. Brigette works with me when I’m going through hard times. She’s been working with me since I first moved over here in 2019. Ms. Missy is a nice lady as well but Ms. Brigette has been there for me since day 1!😁
I like how Bridgette runs and takes care of both parks Redwood & Pecan Circle. I think with a bigger budget she would make the parks even nicer! I also will give Missy five stars her and Bridgette are a great team together!
