It seems nice and quiet. It is a little run down, but space rent is reasonable.
I had left a good review on them before but now I wouldn’t suggest staying here. Yes they work with u on rent and the prices are reasonable. And yes it’s quiet. After my lease is up,I’m going to try my best to move. They be wanting their rent but don’t be wanting to fix on their property! But if I can’t find somewhere else,I’ll have to rough it out again!
I’ve lived here for 13 yrs. It’s a nice quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Management has always addressed all of my concerns and needs. I would recommend this place to anyone, for their next place to call home.
I like how Bridgette runs and takes care of both parks Redwood & Pecan Circle. I think with a bigger budget she would make the parks even nicer! I also will give Missy five stars her and Bridgette are a great team together!
I love my little home the neighbors are nice and it a quiet area both of the ladies that find homes for people and help with problems are great and friendly. If you are looking for a place to stay please check out pecon circle
