I hate to admit it but I do not like to go to the dentist. However, Dr. Krammer is one of the best I have ever gone to. She and her staff are empathetic, knowledgeable, friendly, and just all around nice. There is always a buzz going on in their office which helps people like me to feel more comfortable. I would highly recommend The Pediatric & Adult Dentistry of the Palm Beaches to anyone!

We've always had a great experience with our kids on the pediatric side and adults on the other. It's great to have one office for all our dental needs. The staff is great and personable and very responsive. No long wait times either!
