They are loving, sweet and kind to the children that come to the dentist.
Regrettably, the customer experience facilitated by the front desk is reflective of something one would find at a used car sales lot or the DMV. Actually, there may be some lessons to be learned - but the self entitled, rude, money hungry and obnoxious approach may be too large of a barrier for this front office high school musical show. I'm pissed because I was quoted a price for my fillings and when I arrived it was more. Now today I came in for my cleaning (which is covered 100% by insurance) and I was told I owe even more. The dentist Dr.Lauren Kramer was great and gentle but I won't be back.
