There should be way more than 5 stars to rate a phenomenal pediatrician's office outstanding doctor I switched doctors in hopes I would get a better doctor I got a phenomenal doctor this doctor has sent us to every specialty, we have asked, he has done everything we have asked to get this child on the right track and living normally. We just moved here over the summer of 2020, and with COVID having the world shut down, I couldn't interview local pediatricians to find the right one for my three children. A lot of people suggested Baldwin as well as another local one. We tried the other one, and it was awful. I immediately switched my children to Baldwin, and we see Dr Rubina. He's amazing! Son got sickly on our vacation so we looked at Google & yelp reviews to find a good pediatrician to take him to. Dr. Alfarawi and his staff were amazing. Quick diagnosis, informative and gave us instructions on what to do if it got worse or didn't get better. Confident we will back on our vacation in no time. One of the nurses found out my daughter loves frozen so she took her to the Olaf checkup room and gave her frozen stickers.

I have just recently switched to Baldwin Pediatrics and so far we really love it. My daughter loves the kid friendly themed rooms, the staff are very nice and proffessional, and we have not waited more than 15 minutes to be seen. The waiting room is a bit small, with the sick right next to the well, but again, you are not in the waiting room for very long. Overall, we have had great experiences here.

The doctors and nurses are good but the quality of the admin work is the worst I've ever experienced. I repeatedly called and went in person for multiple referrals for about two years and to this day I get bills from specialists I've seen and never received the referrals cause pediatrics association NEVER send the request! The call center is nerve wracking and useless and the front desk ladies are there just to heat up the chair, promising they will get to work but never do! Unprofessional would be an understatement. Front desk or admin seems like they barely know what they are doing. I have never had a pleasant interaction with them. As far as the doctors, you never see the same twice. They also seem they have no clue. Each visit from simple reasoning to grave importance is a nightmare. Seems to be no record keeping, you might as well doctor hop because every visit will be a new one and the issue is never really addressed. had an incident where the Doctor told me to bring my son in for a head injury after he felt nauseous and had a nose bleed. After making an appointment his mother Melissa Goodson was too lazy to take him decided he was fine after the doctor said otherwise. So instead of taking him in she calls her old party coke head friend Alicia Knight whom she used to clean condos with. She asked Alicia if she knew anyone who worked at the Doctors office. Very unprofessional front desk experience. Arrived 20 minutes early for 4:15 p.m. annual wellness checks for my children. Was told that our visits were not covered under our insurance - the same exact insurance used last year at this clinic for the same annual wellness checks. I was told very abruptly that our visit would cost $160 out of pocket. I insisted that could not be correct as we have 100% coverage with a very reputable provider. So we just moved here in June and were referred to Baldwin by a lot of people. We went the first time my little one got sick and the two doctors gave us the run around and not only did she get worse but my oldest had a cough that had been lingering for over two months and she was spitting up a lot of mucus.
