Stay far far away from this place! Was recommended to this office by a friend after my first child was born. During the 1st visit I had to place a $90 deposit down, never heard of this before but did it anyways. My first few visits went by no problem, but never got to meet the actual doctor either. After my daughter had an actual medical emergency and we spent two weeks at Shands, we came back home and made an after hospital visit to see Dr. Azam and update her on my daughter's new medical history. Worst office staff ever!! Very rude and incompetent!! We used this office for 6 years. We were happy for the most part. 1 week before our daughters 6 year check up the office called and said they dropped the insurance we had. A major employer in town, btw. We had to rush and find another doctor. When we asked for copy of medical records we were told we would have to pay $1 a page. If you're military, do not switch your provider to Baldwin Pediatrics. I received an assignment to go overseas and required paperwork to be filled out by our provider. I had 4 children enrolled with them and required 4 to 5 pages per child and they wanted to charge me $25 per page. This is ridiculous! They chose to accept military tricare and should know that military members will PCS every 2-5 years depending.
