Really bad service. A month ago after check up I'm booked appointment for next month mean 2 month for my baby take a vaccine and I'm called to check up what day since waiting I didn't get any text messages reminders and they're said I don't have any appointments. How come I don't have appointments when I'm check out with them every time I left and how come they're didn't know my baby next 2 month need appointments.

To be honest, one star is a lot. People here have a bad attitude and charge arbitrary fees. It happens every time. The charge here is higher than the specialist clinic. I won't come again. Royal balm is better than here.

Worst pediatric center ever. The Dr. Was so rude and so unprofessional to me that I can even remember her introducing herself to us. She came into the room telling me how she couldn't go through my daughter's medical record, that she had 40 patients after me and she had no time. With all the respect I'll never recommend this place to anyone.

I have spent four years of mine and my sons life doing nothing but waiting with this Doctors office. Average 1-2 hour wait for an online appointment. I have had 3-4 times where I wait 45minutes to book an online appointment then I have stayed up late for that apt... logged in to the app and no one ever even made my appointment even though I got a confirmation text and they make me wait all over again! Probably the worst pediatrician in the south Florida area. They used to be caring and used to try to help sick children. Now they out source all calls to India or somewhere in Asia or the Middle East and they don't even try to help kids get seen. I called over 4 times to get an appointment and each time, they don't have an available appointment. Horrible customer service!!! When you call you can never get the office you go to. You automatically get transferred to a main office and the wait times are unreal. By the time you reach someone, they seem to have no clue what's going on. I have been trying for over a month to have my children's records sent to their new Peditrician. Customer service is horrific for Pediatric Associates. I think it's fascinating when people think that it's a great review if their pediatrician is friendly and good with kids - of course, that's their job. It's the group practice management which is horrible and disrespectful to customers. If you contact PA you will get a quick response as long as you are calling to schedule or change an appointment. Wow. These medical professionals do not care about their patients at all. My son had an ear infection during this corona fiasco and Dr. Konsker refused to see him even though she saw him few days earlier and prescribed an antibiotic that was obviously ineffective. I will be going to a private practice where hopefully an oath means more than a corporate mandate. Update: Went to MD Now, seen immediately and diagnosed with an ear infection. POC: alternative antibiotic.
