Sure would love to know why my 2 yr old daughter got booted from this office, with no more than a letter not explaining anything other than 'best of luck'. Pretty cruel and downright dirty way to treat a baby. Cancel me as an adult.. ill live.. dont cancel my innocent child with no warning or reason. Everytime i try to call to at least get an explanation, im placed on hold for too long or hung up on. My calls are not returned. This is all so sketchy and unprofessional. Let me start off by saying Dr. Simons is great, but this rating is about "Customer Service"! I just got back in town and needed school paperwork for shots for my daughter. I'm sure we are all busy, but how hard is it to print a copy and I sign it there at the office in person? We've been taking our kids there for 15 years. The lady told my wife on the phone "just come in to the office" to pick up. Today the lady at the office told me that there needs to be a "Request" and we have to wait 48 hours and will receive a call back... read more

This review is about waiting for the doctors. This is not the first time this has happened, but wished to give a third chance before writing. Been taking my kids here for last couple of years and their doctors are fine and personable, but last year or so I believe that they have bitten off more than they can chew and maybe instead of just grabbing everyone that has an insurance card, they focus on quality, and not quantity of patients. They misdiagnosed my child twice, almost causing him to be hospitalized. I switched to different doctor and they made the records transfer almost impossible and VERY expensive. Very unprofessional.

I have been taking my son here since he was born. Dr Simons was awesome so the front desks and nurses. However, the last couple visits was horrible! dr Jennifer Elena Konsker was the worst person / pediatrician I have ever met. She's cold, cocky, and racist! She was so rough when she put the stick in my son mouth that made him vomit. So I walked out the the nurse station asking for a cup of water and they said they didn't have one!
