Both of my kids had dental and vision appointments yesterday 10/27/2025. Their vision appointment was first which took longer than expected. My youngest daughter's dental appointment was at 4:00 pm. When we got over there it was 4:09 pm. They put her as a no show when she was there. They also said that they would see if they could see her even though it was only 9 minutes past her appointment time. No one ever said anything else about if they could still see her or not and they did not even mention rescheduling the appointme... read more

I took my 3-year-old daughter to Pediatric Dental Group for a routine checkup. We as family try to limit sugar intakes and make sure to brush her teeth every night. During a previous visit, the dentist mentioned she had a small cavity in one of her molars but reassured me that it didn’t require treatment—just careful brushing and monitoring. Six months later, at our follow-up visit, the same dentist suddenly recommended a crown for that same molar and claimed my daughter needed seven resin composite fillings—without even ta... read more

They talked us into having my 5 year old grandson have 5 crowns and 3 fillings done at one time, then gave him general anesthesia during the procedure. They apparently gave him too much anesthesia because it took about an hour and a half for him to wake up enough so we could take him home. It was a very frightening experience.

The lack of respect they give parents is disgusting. If you have questions about the procedure on your child, they tell you no one is available and they will call you back. At least that’s what they did to us. That’s after calling half a dozen times and being sent to voicemail. My wife has bad teeth due to a hereditary condition. My daughter is unfortunately dealing with the same issue. We have spent a lot of our time researching ways to help them remain healthy. As well as practiced a strict routine schedule involving the ... read more

This is the second time my appointments have been canceled without notice, They send confirmation email on Saturday when you are busy and say nothing about confirmation be required within 48 hrs and then cancel on you without notice after we have waited for a month to get in and took time off work, I understand this was an oversight on my part but the next appt is another month out with no regard for the situation. After years with this dentist I will personally not be back.

They charged my insurance for services never rendered and they won’t refund my insurance. I’ve called four times. They lost my appointment when I did try to have the work done so I’m desperately trying to get them to correct it. Send the money back to MetLife so I can get the work done elsewhere please!!!!!!!
