Professional and friendly The experience was great from start to finish. My kids are usually anxious about the dentist but the environment of the office and the personality of every person involved in their care made it pleasant for the kids. I had told everyone from the beginning of the appointment that my kids are pretty nervous about being there, but everyone was understanding and took extra time and made extra effort to make sure the kids felt like they could relax.
Extremely Patient and Kind We took our 22 month old daughter in for her first check up. We knew her age would be a challenge. We went back and had to wait a few minutes, that kind of worked against us since her attention span is mere seconds. The hygienist was still with another patient, so the Dentist came in and did a combined exam/cleaning which was probably best at that point. Game Changer The visit went so smoothly. T's last dental experience was terrible, but we had been prepping for this visit for a week. The staff were so kind and professional. They treated T with respect and explained what they wanted to do from a distance and then asked him if he was ready. That is a game changer in pediatric dentistry! T did so great and left with prizes in hand and a smile on his face. The facility is really set up to cater to kids as well, allowing the paperwork to be completely with ease.
Very professional and friendly Every time we have taken our children/grandchildren for any checkups or work on their teeth, it has been a wonderful experience for the children. They have not been afraid and the staff makes them feel safe and non threatening for any procedure they have done. They are so compassionate and caring.
