resistant child Thanks for working with my resistant child. It was nice to leave and not have my son crying and afraid to come back. You helped to make him as comfortable as possible and he actually wants to go back and try again to get x-rays and have his teeth cleaned.
Couldn't be better Play area, gentle kind demeanor, movies, headphones. My daughter who was traumatized as a child by dentist when she nearly knocked tooth out on slide acts as if she's never had bad dentist experience
Awesome job! Today was a hard one for my scared daughter! Dr. Henry never disappoints! He has a way with her and got her through a tough situation. Thank you for your creativity in dealing with her, and the patience of your staff! She recovered quickly and will be just fine! Thank you so much!
Excellent Three kids. All scheduled at same time. What could be better?! They weren't afraid. Loved all the distractions like headphones, movies etc
I'd suggest one thing.. Our 4 & 5 yr olds were taken to different room & the 1 yr old (paranoid from dr office vaccines) felt she'd be harmed. Panicking etc. Would have helped if 1 yr old was allowed/invited to watch her older sisters laying down and getting cleaned, watch movie FIRST before her own exam. Likely would have calmed her fears. Also didn't help that the 1 yr old heard some kid screaming because He was freaked about cotton in.his mouth haha but nothing can be done to prevent another child's phobias/fears/reaction... read more

Mark was great M wait time wasn't too bad plus the play area for kids is nice. The hygentist and dentist were nice and friendly but the lady at checkout who scheduals future appointments could have been a lot nicer she wasn't very welcoming and seemed annoyed
Great Staff and Atmosphere My 2 year old is usually very shy and reserved in new places but he loved the play area and seemed very relaxed. Even with the exam, he allowed them to do what they needed to do. The staff was great with him. We will be back for sure!
exceptional service Very friendly staff. Exceptional service and care for my young ones. Hate that we are moving. The kids are really going to miss this place!
