always professional and friendly My son had an appointment to get a filling. Professionalism is always amazing and the service is excellent. Love this place! This office is amazing! We have been struggling to get rid of the pacifier, I called ahead and asked that the Dr. Explain to my daughter that she can't have it any more and see if it would help with our struggle to get rid of it. Instead, Dr. Palmer arranged a phone call from princess Ariel!!! Ariel told her that to become a princess she would have to get rid of the pasifire and she would be a princess just like her!! What amazing personal service!!
Professional and friendly staff My daughter had her first dental check at your office today and I was pleased with the visit. She is 20 months old and they made her first experience enjoyable. The staff was friendly and answered all the questions I was concerned about as well as thoroughly checking my daughter's teeth for caries.
Exceptional Communication We visited Dr. Henry today for our kiddo's broken front teeth. It was the first time we were in the office. Not only were they very thorough with the exam, but he communicated everything he was doing as he went (to me and to our kiddo), option details, and realities of what to expect after the visit the entire time at the office. We were half an hour early but were checked in right away. My daughter had her cleaning and exam completed in a timely manner. My daughter is 9 years old and had questions. Staff answered her questions and provided her with good advise. Staff was very curious and professional.
