The office is so kid friendly, kids don't want to leave! It puts children completely at ease during which can be a very scary experience. The nurses are wonderful with the kids, know all the tricks to get kids to open their mouths, be calm and not to scare them. The doctors are gentle, understanding and all about little kids mouths. I have never seen a filling put in so quickly! The skill they have is very worth going to a pediatric dentist for my children.
Friendly, professional and willing to answer those simple technical questions, such as "what does fluoride do to help teeth?"
I can't say enough good things about Pediatric Dentistry. So friendly and professional, amazing group of people!
Overall excellent!
The staff was very friendly, and the Dr we saw was very kind and informative. It really seemed to me that he really had my son's best intrest at heart. And we were not just money symbols walking around. Its a very comfortable environment for kiddos. They try their very best not to traumatize the kids and give them a pleasant experience at the dentist. A+ from me!
As always an awesome, pleasant experience! Great knowledgeable, friendly staff and of course Dr. Palmer is gentle and friendly! Really wish he could've been my dentist growing up; however, I am thankful my kids get to have him for their dentist. ;)
What a great experience for the kids!!!! They made us all feel welcome and the kids said they don't even hate to go to the dentist now:) we drove an hour and a half to get there and it was well worth the drive!!! Thank you to the entire staff!
I was concerned going into the appointment because my son has anxiety problems, especially in public. He is six years old. This was his first ever dental appointment so I fully expected him to melt down at least once. However, this didn't happen and I think it was due to the staff. They knew how to work with him to make him feel at ease.
Very friendly! Centered around the child!
