I absolutely adore the practice and all the staff within. My children do so well with the doctors. They have made so many wonderful additions to ensure a positive experience for my children. I would recommend this practice above all :)
My three boys have been going there for years, and have been treated so kindly. We've gone through spacers, pulled teeth, caps, and even a surgery center visit for cavities. All because he was just so young. But the care and concern was exceptional. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
They have always been able to set my kids at ease. This is very important, because I'm terrified of the dentist. Both of my kids look forward to their appointments.
The dentists in this office are very kid friendly. They have been been my kid's dentist for ten years. They have always been curtious and so great to my kid's. I recommend this office to anyone with the need for a dentist for their child.
not satisfied very rude and not gentle with a tooth that made the patient in excruciating pain knew the patient had a cavity but didn’t do anything about it until the tooth was creating horrible pain.
The girl that cleaned my daughter teeth was extremely sweet and professional. Only ok her about 20 minutes to do the cleaning. Waited an hour for the doctor to come. Saw him help several others that arrived us. Was ready to just leave.
Very unsatisfied Last week I schedule an appointment for my children to have their routine checkups. After the check up the dental assistant & my son came to the waiting room and explained that my son had a very difficult time and they could not finish the sealants. I said I did not know they were doing sealants & ask why no one came and told me or came and got me to try and talk to my son if he was crying and upset. Her response was you signed the concert form. The doctors and dental assistants are wonderful, they always make sure my kids are happy and comfortable when they are getting their cleanings done. The billing on the other hand is a complete joke. They tried to bill me for my sons visit before sending it to insurance. When I called and asked about the balance the girl I spoke to said my insurance had denied the claims and wasn't sure why, and the claim was sent on August 2 to my insurance.
