My daughter just said that the dentist that she saw didn’t explain anything that he was going to do he just did it. Maybe tell the dentist that these may be children but like in my daughters case she is 16 and likes to be told what’s happening in her mouth.
No good for little ones Disappointed there is no alternative to taking my child to a surgery center. I do not wish my child to be under anesthesia to fix baby teeth. Besides extra cost, I am concerned about the drugs used for it. Given some B.S. reason for not doing treatment in the office and spoken to like an idiot. Seems to me they just want more money since they did not even attempt any treatment in the office.
I have been taking Austin to this place for almost 15 yrs and yesterday when I went to pay my bill I am glad I looked at the receipt I was being charged for a service that wasn't even performed. Communication needs to be worked on a little bit more btw the Secretary and the hygienist. I really wonder through all the years if I have been paying for services not given.
It's crazy how they only post the good or excellent review on rateabiz.com. Why not post the one with one and two stars as well so others can see what you guys lack.

Rude Billing Staff I felt the Doctors and Technician are good at what they do. They take their time, they explain the process and they try to make it as comfortable for the kids. It's the billing lady who is very rude, pushy and has terrible customer service skills. The doctor consulted with me about a treatment plan and options available for my child. Your schedule secretary ..not good! I have a problem with your scheduling secratary (i believe her name is Karen or something like that) every time I am in there. It is the fact she is NOT nice about letting you know you don't have a choice. She acts as though the only way it's going to be is her way or no way. I had half a notion to walk out and forget the scheduling of my grand daughters surgery and the next appointment in 6 months.
