Being a first time home buyer and buying in such a specific location/area, I thought it would be next to impossible. There were so many factors I thought would "play" against us but Peggy put us in touch with all the right people. Our experience was not just with Peggy but her amazing team. What would have made my experience better? Honesty and accuracy of disclosure statements throughout the entire process, even at the closing table were abysmal. The lending officer was incompetent, shady, or didn’t care about the quality of her work. This experience added unnecessary stress from beginning to end. I will never do business with this lender again.

The team did not use common sense in their processing of my loan. My request to talk to the supervisor was not honored. My overall profile should have been used for consideration vs. some small technicalities.
